Come and enjoy a super warm welcome from Dal and Carol, experienced Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders and superboost your health too! Every Monday evening at our new home Sharrow Old Junior School.
Laughter Yoga is a total mind body spirit workout. Combining fun laughter exercises with yogic breathing, laughter yoga tickles your funny bone and seriously improves your overall wellbeing.
A typical Laughter Yoga session includes lots of playful laughter exercises, meditation (very easy peasy and relaxing) and a deep guided relaxation to send you home all chilled out and glowing.
A good laughing session is scientifically proven to -
* increase your serotonin levels - your feel good hormones
* boosts your immune system and ability to fight infections
* reduces physical pain by increasing endorphins
* reduces stress levels (reduces cortisol and adrenalin)
* increases our oxygen intake so is energising and improves concentration
* increases our overall sense of wellbeing a joy
* increases our emotional wellbeing and social connectivity
* and lots lots more.....

The session is led by -
Dal Kular - an experienced Laughter Consultant and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher offering laughter and positivity workshops, laughter yoga leader training in Sheffield and beyond.
Carol Parry is an experienced Laughter Yoga Leader and originator Sheffield's most successful laughter yoga club!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We welcome anybody over the age of 16 years old. If you are a regular laughter yogi and want to bring someone younger, please speak to Dal or Carol.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is loads of on site parking off Vincent Road and South View Road. If you get stuck on the night just call Dal or Carol and we will beam you in.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and lie on the floor with. You might want to bring a blanket/cushion to cover yourself up with for the guided relaxation at the end.
Please bring a willingness and openess to share some laughter!
